4. The readiness assessment tool
The assessment tool lets you describe a process and returns a preliminary, automated roadmap. Please do not enter confidential, regulated, or personally identifiable information about third parties into it.
- Processing. Text you submit is processed to generate a response and may be sent to third-party AI/model providers ([AI PROVIDER(S), e.g. Anthropic]) acting as our service providers solely to produce your result.
- Training. We do not use your submissions to train our own models, and we instruct our providers not to use submissions to train their models, except as required to deliver the service. [Confirm provider terms and adjust.]

5. Cookies and analytics

If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting us; if the appeal is denied you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you may request access, deletion, and correction, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EU/UK residents
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases are consent, contract, and legitimate interests. [Adjust if you target the EU/UK.]
9. Security
